    £35,000 (14 Month Fixed Term Contract)

    A prestigious private bank is seeking a confident and motivated individual to run their front of house and provide administration support to the junior bankers

    This is an in office role, Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm.

    What you’ll be doing day to day:
    • Greeting and engaging with clients front of house
    • Answering calls and directing to colleagues
    • Coordinating a busy schedule of meeting room bookings
    • Ensuring meeting rooms are well presented
    • Managing post and booking couriers and taxis
    • Ordering lunches when required for meetings
    • Providing support to the junior bankers, such as processing expenses
    • Assisting with ad-hoc requests with enthusiasm!

    The skills you need to bring:
    • 3 + years within a front of house position, ideally in a professional services environment
    • A passion for providing the best possible service and support
    • Organised, methodical, and able to keep calm while juggling multiple priorities
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Job Title: Nanny

    Job Summary: We are working with a lovely family who are seeking a loving, responsible, and experienced nanny to care for their 15-month-old son. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with toddlers and provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes the child’s growth, development, and well-being. Mum works from home and would like to be involved working closely with the nanny to make sure everything is aligned.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Childcare & Supervision: Provide constant, attentive care throughout the day, ensuring his safety and well-being at all times.

    Physical Activities: Engage in age-appropriate play and activities to support motor skills development, such as walking, running, climbing, and exploring.

    Cognitive & Language Development: Encourage verbal communication through interactive play, reading, singing, and repeating simple words. Provide opportunities for early learning experiences.

    Nap & Sleep Routine: Help establish and maintain a consistent sleep schedule, including nap times.

    Meal Preparation & Feeding: Prepare nutritious snacks and meals, assist with feeding, and ensure a clean and safe eating environment.

    Light Housekeeping: Light cleaning related to the child’s activities (e.g., washing bottles, tidying up toys, etc.)

    Communication: Maintain open communication with the parents regarding the child’s progress, moods, milestones, and any concerns that arise.

    Travel: There maybe travel required with the family Qualifications:

    Previous experience caring for children, especially toddlers. Ability to provide references from previous families. First Aid and CPR certification is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, patient, and loving nature. Ability to provide a stimulating and safe environment.

    Hours & Salary:

    Specify working hours, Monday to Thursday , 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (there is an element of flexibility on this) Salary; £20phr - £25phr (depending on experience)

  • Personal Assistant - Job Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant for a Private Family Office.

    This is an opportunity for someone to work with an efficient operations team and alongside first-class EA’s.

    Responsibilities

    • The position will be extremely varied – no two days are the same, ability to multitask and adapt is essential.

    • Competent and able to communicate with Principles when EA’s are away.

    • Always be one step ahead, pre-emptive and reminding.

    • Assisting with meticulous property management record keeping.

    • Attending contractor servicing appointments off site – reporting back to operations team.

    • Prepare and organising documents, presentations, updating spreadsheets.

    • Assisting with booking travel, appointments, restaurants, diary management, errand running.
